Whit’s Path was formed by Natalie Whittlesey, an experienced executive recruiter and leader.

Natalie has helped hundreds of clients across multiple industries and territories to secure and develop leadership talent. She created Whit’s Path to take her experience direct to clients  who want to Improve their senior hiring processes and retain and develop their leaders.

Whit's Path helps clients by offering two primary areas of expertise:

About Natalie

Founder

Natalie has a wealth of recruitment and talent management knowledge built up over the last two decades.  Her career began in telecoms recruitment in London before switching to technology recruitment during her 5-year move to New Zealand.

Natalie has worked at Hudson, Harvey Nash, Korn Ferry and The IN Group, all of which are high performing, successful international brands.  She's led practices and has recruited  leaders for various clients from multi-national superbrands to scale-up SMEs.

As a Director, Natalie has led executive hiring strategies, re-branded a search offering, raised brand awareness by creating unique thought leadership, and has represented brands at events and in the media.  She's also advised on DEI hiring strategies and provided Hogan profiling and career coaching.

Away from work, Natalie is passionate about the theatre and has appeared on stage since the age of two. She lives with her husband and their dog, Luna.
